Westwood Bolton – Now Fully Open Thanks To…
Teamwork Makes The Dream Work At Westwood Bolton
Westwood Motor Group started the year with our extensive Wigan site and Head Office at full capacity. Our car and van hire fleet had grown so much to meet demand and more space was sorely needed. We had been on the lookout for a second site for some time, so when the opportunity to purchase the Globe Car Sales site in Bolton came up, we jumped at the chance. The transformation to what is now Westwood Bolton began soon after.
Here we are today, a couple of months after the formal handover with our very first external branch, fully operational, completely rebranded and ready to bring our very own winning combination of vehicle services to the town of Bolton and beyond. But we couldn’t have done so much, so fast without the help of our existing team, our new team members and our friends in various trades who’ve helped us transform the new site into one worthy of the Westwood name.
Today we’d like to praise everyone who’s worked so hard getting Westwood Bolton refitted, rebranded and operational. We couldn’t have done this without the help of the contractors who helped put the finishing touches on our new stunning offices.
So, in no particular order, our thanks go to;
- Les of Advantage Fabrications has done a terrific job setting us up with a steel lined key room – essential for keeping modern key fobs secure.
- We’re very fortunate when it comes to signage as well as vehicle graphics and wraps, to always be able to rely on Sean and his team at Pinnacle Signs & Print, we’re sure you’ll agree they’ve once again helped us to stand out.
- When we needed new carpets, we’re grateful to have been able to rely on Andy Loughlan of Inspired Solutions to fit out the whole office with quality floor coverings.
- We’d like to thank Steve from Angel Security for taking care of installing a state of the art, fully integrated security system to keep the site safe, secure and under continuous monitoring 24/7, repeating the excellent job he’s always done at our Wigan Head Office.
- Lee Seddon from Seddon Heating & Gas Services has done his usal excellent work bringing the on-site plumbing up to standard.
- Ryan Cheetham, the brother of our very own Nichola, has earned our thanks for working on some of the internal electrics of the Bolton Branch.
- Tim Philbin from Design Business Interiors deserves our gratitude for providing quality office furniture in keeping with the prestigious feel of the new office space.
- We can also happily endorse New Leaf Gardens for doing such. fantastic job weeding, pruning and generally tidying up the greenery surrounding our new site.
- Kevin along with his company LME Service & Repair Ltd have done terrific work installing the magnificent electric gate you’ll see at the front of Westwood Bolton.
- Last and by no means least, we have our very own Bolton Sales Manager Clifford Snell to thank, for stepping up when our painter and decorator let us down. A former Painter himself, Cliff donned his overalls and painted the whole building interior with a paintbrush, a scissor lift and his own two hands. Well done Cliff!
We’re absolutely delighted with our brand new office and how quickly Westwood Bolton has been refitted to our exacting standards. We couldn’t have done it without the hard work and exceptional service provided by our good friends mentioned above. We also wouldn’t have been able to do it without the efforts of every single member of the existing Westwood team. Who between them have all made it possible for us to not only survive, but to thrive throughout the pandemic and emerge the other side with a larger fleet and our first new branch outside of Wigan.
