If you are unhappy with the service we provide before making a complaint please initially address your concerns to the individual you have dealt with.
If you are unhappy with our response, please put your complaint in writing to email address rental@westwoodmotorgroup.co.uk for the attention of The Customer Satisfaction Team. We take all complaints seriously and will acknowledge any complaint as soon as possible. You have the right to appeal any decision you are not satisfied with to the same email address marked for the attention of the Directors as an Appeal.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint appeal you have the right to address your complaint to the BVRLA who provide an Alternative Dispute Resolution service (ADR) approved by Trading Standards.
