Wigan Vs Norwich – Latic’s Unbeaten Streak Continues
Over the weekend, Wigan Athletic played host to Norwich City at the DW Stadium and while there were no goals scored, there were a number of positives to take from what was a fantastic game of Championship football.
Under the stewardship of new Latic’s Manager Sean Maloney, our mighty blues have yet to concede a game and Norwich failed to break this streak, similarly, Norwich have been doing pretty well at their own away games, however, their Wigan game thwarted their run of good results. Ultimately, the Wigan Vs Norwich score was nil-nil, but it came close to going our way on more than one occasion.
Wigan played some fantastic attacking football and it was primarily the valiant efforts of Norwich’s keeper (and worthy man of the match) Angus Gunn that saved them on no fewer than three nailbiting goal attempts. By contrast, our own Ben Amos had very little to do throughout the game.
A win for the team in the Wigan vs Norwich game would have been great, but anyone going to see the match live at the DW is guaranteed a win every single time thanks to the incredible facilities and the unmatched hospitality team.
