Obtaining a rental vehicle from us can sometimes be difficult if you forget to bring in the relevant documentation. Sometimes, the accepted documents can change and it is easy to forget the relevant information that you need to bring in. By following our acceptable guidelines below you can have a hassle free transaction with us
Proofed Documents:
- National Insurance Number
- Driving Licence
- 2 forms of identification including proof of address (Must be recent, no less than 2 months old, acceptable proof includes bills such as electricity or gas, or a bank statement)
Payment:
Acceptable Methods:
- All Major credit or debit cards except electron
What We Will Not Accept:
- Cash (including any deposits)
- Electron
- Pre-paid cards
- Cheques
Returning A Vehicle:
Vehicles can not be returned out of operational business hours. They must be off-hired by a member of staff from Westwood Motor Group in the main office
