About Us
Westwood Motor Group are the leading car & van rental and sales company, in our home Town of Wigan and known Nationally for our superior vehicles and superior customer service. As an established business the company has grown rapidly over the past decade, with intentions to expand further. We’re seeking an additional team member for our established Wigan Head Office.

Due to expansion, a vacancy has arisen for a person in the front desk Reception and admin role to work alongside our customer facing colleagues.
With a busy office and an expanding fleet, your role will be meeting and greeting customers as they arrive, as well as looking after the paperwork, performing essential administration, keeping the filing organised and tidy to take the pressure off the rest of the team.
The main role will consist of, but not limited to
- Filing, organising and becoming a master of our paperwork
- Processing parking charges
- Processing payments
- Knowledge of our rental pricing matrix
- Knowledge of our fleet vehicles
- Recording payments and receipts to add to the day sheet
- General administrative and clerical duties
Skills
The ideal candidate will be:
- Enthusiastic, Eager To Learn and With A Bonkers Personality
- Computer literate (being able to use Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly Numerate
- Organised and Meticulous
- Friendly disposition
- Able to work in a fast moving environment
